Open Box Payment Plan:
To spread the cost of your shopping I offer an open box payment plan allowing you to spread the cost of your shopping by installments. You can pay weekly or monthly installments securely via PayPal and once your final payment has been received, I will post your package. Adventure Accessories stock orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from Carmarthenshire, South Wales, UK.
For custom order requests, there will be added time to make the order of 3-5 business days for most items or 2-4 weeks for blankets.
Default Shipping Speed and Service:
Adventure Accessories uses Royal Mail Signed For - postage costs are based on Size and Weight for Large Letter and Small Parcel rates.
Using the Royal Mail Signed For services offers tracking and signature on delivery for both seller and buyer peace of mind.
Please remember that once Adventure Accessories hands over your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in Royal Mail's hands.
Once your package has been handed off to Royal Mail, your order will be updated with the tracking reference. If you fear your package is lost please contact Royal Mail. You are welcome to contact Adventure Accessories for assistance if you have any queries or concerns regarding your order.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction do not panic! Please contact Adventure Accessories to let me know you need the shipping address to be changed. Please make sure I get back to you confirming that I received the change.
I do provide international shipping services.
Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.
I also ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package if it's being shipped abroad.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any Customs import and tax duties.
Adventure Accessories values its customer service and will happily accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You have 14 days from when the order is delivered to request a return and a further 14 days to return the item to Adventure Accessories. Please understand that you, the buyer, will have to pay for the return shipping.
If your package is returned to Adventure Accessories because Royal Mail was unable to deliver to the buyer. Adventure Accessories will contact you to discuss re-delivery if you pay for postage.
Adventure Accessories welcomes custom order requests, such as colour combinations, notebook linings and paper insert choices or large gift packages. Please contact Adventure Accessories to discuss your ideas and receive a personal quote. If deposits are paid for custom requests, please note that these are non-refundable if the buyer decides not to proceed with the custom order.
